Amaris Consulting is seeking a senior delivery/engineering leader in Portugal to coordinate multiple teams within the Jupiter ecosystem. You will align teams with shared priorities, manage dependencies, and guide technical decisions across devices, mobile apps, backend, and integrations.

You will bring a strong technical background plus experience in scaled agile delivery, and you will collaborate with Architects and senior engineers to ensure coherent, sustainable outcomes for large-scale

Qualificações

• Experience in SAFe RTE, Scrum of Scrums, or other scaled agile setups.
• Background in IoT, connectivity, or connected devices.
• Experience working with mobile applications and backend ecosystems.
• Exposure to large-scale system transformations or migrations.
• Experience working with vendors and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a central coordination point for multiple teams contributing to the Jupiter ecosystem.
• Ensure teams are aligned with priorities and high-level technical decisions.
• Support cross-system alignment across devices, apps, backend, and integrations.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery impediments.
• Facilitate coordination mechanisms like Scrum of Scrums or Release Train coordination.
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and bottlenecks across teams.
• Synchronize planning, execution, and delivery across parallel streams.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help teams converge on feasible approaches.
• Collaborate with Architects and senior engineers for ecosystem coherence.
• Ensure technical decisions support long-term sustainability and transformation goals.
• Coordinate with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.

Your missions

• Act as a central coordination point for multiple internal and external teams contributing to the Jupiter ecosystem
• Ensure teams are moving in the same direction, aligned with shared priorities and high-level technical decisions
• Support alignment across system boundaries (devices, mobile apps, backend, integrations)
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery impediments
• Facilitate alignment mechanisms similar to Scrum of Scrums or Release Train coordination, adapted to the organisation’s context
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and bottlenecks across teams
• Support synchronisation of planning, execution, and delivery across parallel streams
• Leverage strong technical background to understand architectural discussions, challenge solutions constructively, and help teams converge on technically sound and feasible approaches
• Work closely with architects and senior engineers to ensure consistency and coherence across the ecosystem
• Ensure that technical decisions support long-term sustainability and transformation goals
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders

Your profile

• Strong technical background in software engineering, systems, or digital platforms
• Experience in roles combining technical leadership and agile coordination (e.g., Scrum Master in complex programmes, Delivery Lead, Tech Lead with cross-team coordination responsibilities)
• Solid understanding of agile delivery practices in multi-team environments
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and external partners
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with high complexity and ambiguity
• English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong command of English (spoken and written)
• You demonstrate strong ownership and sense of responsibility for overall delivery
• You are able to influence without formal authority
• You have a pragmatic mindset, focused on outcomes rather than frameworks
• You are comfortable navigating conflict, prioritisation trade-offs, and competing interests
• You are collaborative, resilient, and proactive

Must Have

• Experience in SAFe RTE, Scrum of Scrums, or other scaled agile setups
• Background in IoT, connectivity, or connected devices
• Experience working with mobile applications and backend ecosystems
