Elastic is seeking a technical lead for the Agent Framework team to own the architecture and set the technical direction of Elastic's agent layer within the Streams model. You will lead architectural decisions and drive evolution to support scalable data ingestion and processing at edge-to-cloud scale.

You will guide a multi-team effort, review code, socialize design docs, and ensure high-quality delivery. This role focuses on distributed systems, Go, and observability across a global team.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a technical lead or principal engineer on large-scale agent or systems projects.
• Deep knowledge of observability data collection and related protocols.
• Strong Go language background and experience with distributed control planes.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable architecture for the agent layer and drive architectural decisions.
• Provide technical guidance, review code, and promote engineering best practices.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and coordinate with product management to set priorities.
• Lead cross-team collaboration, identify risks, and adjust plans as needed.
