Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Observability team to shape the Elastic Agent framework, Fleet Server, and telemetry collectors. You will define the product vision, drive roadmaps, and partner with engineering, UX, and product marketing to deliver scalable, cloud-native observability solutions.

Qualificações

• Five+ years in product management for enterprise infrastructure observability.
• Deep familiarity with collectors, log shippers, and agent ecosystems.
• Experience with remote agent management and fleet control planes.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, GTM strategy, and roadmap for Elastic Agent framework and telemetry collectors.
• Track KPIs for agent deployment success, pipeline efficiency, and OTel adoption.
• Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of Elastic Agent and EDOT distributions.
• Drive remote management capabilities for Elastic Agent and Fleet Server at scale.
• Lead Kubernetes release strategy for cloud-native deployments and Helm charts.
• Advance OpenTelemetry as a data shipper for Elastic Agent and upstream OSS.
• Manage Logstash enhancements and Beats repository improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product marketing on central management experiences.
• Advocate publicly for Elastic’s agent framework and collection capabilities.
