Blip, a leading tech company within Flutter Entertainment, is seeking an External Communications and Employer Branding Manager to elevate our brand and attract top talent.

Reporting to the Head of Comms, Employer Branding & External Affairs, you will lead a team of communications and content specialists, shape messaging across press, websites, and social channels, partner with HR, and drive initiatives that position Blip as a national tech employer of choice.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of brand management, marketing, communications, and employer branding.
• 2+ years in a communications management position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (EN).
• Strong media relations skills.
• Expertise in crisis communication.
• Proficiency in content creation and management across platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Experience with market research and data analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with location strategy and outcomes.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, social, press, and corporate communications.
• Oversee brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Cement a strong tech brand positioning with consistent messaging across external and internal channels.
• Create and execute external communication plans for target audiences.
• Develop content for press, websites, and social media.
• Coordinate with global teams to align with Flutter group principles.
• Handle media inquiries, press releases, and public statements; maintain media relations.
• Organize and oversee events and external-driven campaigns.
• Craft employer branding content for social media, career site, and company pages.
• Plan and participate in job fairs and networking events.
