Blip, part of Flutter Entertainment, is seeking an Associate Product Manager (Maternity Cover) to help define and deliver small product features within a sprint and connect work to business outcomes.

You will join a collaborative team, contribute to user research, and align requirements with engineering to ensure feasible and well-scoped features.

Qualificações

• Strong interest in product management and eagerness to grow into increased responsibility.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about data and outcomes.
• Collaborative and positive team contributor; eager to learn from peers.
• Basic knowledge of product development processes, customer research, or analytics tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the definition and delivery of smaller product features and enhancements within a single sprint.
• Learn and clearly explain team, pillar, and BU OKRs, connecting day-to-day work to outcomes.
• Participate in user research and discovery sessions; contribute to small experiments and post-launch analysis.
• Document and communicate product requirements for smaller features; ensure requirements are understood in refinement sessions.
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teammates to validate feasibility and scope.
• Help triage and validate the quality of delivered features; suggest causes and propose solutions.
• Actively contribute to team ceremonies; provide clarity, context, and motivation in squad discussions.
• Build product knowledge, market awareness, and familiarity with data tools and best practices.
