Blip, a Flutter Entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help scale and secure our services for millions of users. You will lead reliability initiatives, mentor engineers, and own critical pipelines and incident response.

You will improve design, deployment, and operation of distributed systems, implement monitoring, capacity planning, and postmortems, and drive SLOs across teams in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• Experience building and troubleshooting release and build pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Buildkite, GitHub Actions).
• Experience monitoring distributed systems and implementing industry best practices.
• Experience with containerized microservices in distributed infrastructure (AWS, GCP, self-hosted).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a group of employees, providing direction and support to ensure goals are met and operations run smoothly.
• Design, deployment, operation, and refinement of services across their lifecycle.
• Lead incident response, postmortems, and SLI definition for reliable systems.
• Improve reliability, monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning across teams.
