Blip, the Flutter Entertainment brand, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee multiple projects across its sports entertainment software initiatives in Porto, Portugal. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in delivering complex programs that align with business goals.

You will establish governance, manage dependencies and risks, mentor the team, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive value and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
• Solid experience in program/project management roles.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Line management experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of project management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role We are seeking an experienced Programme Managerto oversee and coordinate multiple projects within one of the brands in Blip. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll be Doing

• Plan, execute, and manage programs ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver intended business value.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Establish and manage program governance structures, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and reporting requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on program progress and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in program and project management methodologies.
• Manage a programme team and its contribution to the achievement of the programme's objectives and providing clear direction and support in the development and delivery of the programme.
• Mentor and coaching team members.
• Build strong collaborative working relationships across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency within the program delivery framework.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Solid experience in program/project management roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in line management is a must.
• Strong knowledge of project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
