Thoth Ai is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Assistant to support the recruitment team in identifying top talent. You will source candidates, build pipelines, screen profiles, and assist with outreach and scheduling in a hybrid work model in Portugal.

The role focuses on candidate sourcing, market research, and maintaining accurate records, with a 6-month fixed-term contract that is renewable. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
