Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to lead end-to-end recruitment for multilingual roles across Asia for clients, with a leadership path, competitive fees, and quarterly/annual bonuses.

You will collaborate with managers, post openings on international platforms, source candidates online, screen and interview, and build long-term relationships, all in a fully remote, flexible schedule.

Qualificações

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
• Experience recruiting for the European market.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons).
• Proficiency in English and other any other languages.
