Havas Group recherche un Talent Sourcer pour identifier et engager des professionnels à travers l’EMEA, en collaboration avec les recruteurs et les équipes internes. Vous construirez des viviers et gérerez les premières conversations pour évaluer l’aptitude des candidats.

Vous avez environ un an d’expérience en recrutement ou sourcing, une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et de fortes compétences relationnelles.

• Expérience en recrutement ou sourcing, ou rôle similaire.
• Maîtrise avancée de l’anglais à l’écrit et parlé.
• Bonnes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
• Organisation et proactivité, gestion de priorités.
• Curiosité et motivation à apprendre dans un contexte international.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcer des candidats potentiels pour des postes à travers l’EMEA via LinkedIn et bases internes.
• Revoir les candidatures et identifier les profils correspondants.
• Rédiger et envoyer des messages personnalisés aux candidats potentiels.
• Construire et entretenir des viviers de talents pour les besoins actuels et futurs.
• Conduire les conversations initiales et évaluer l’adéquation selon les critères.
• Présenter les candidats qualifiés aux recruteurs et managers via le ATS.
• Collaborer avec les recruteurs pour comprendre les priorités et besoins.
• Maintenir des dossiers candidats exacts et à jour dans le système ATS.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements, build candidate pipelines, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who is organised, curious, confident communicating with people, and keen to develop within an international organisation. **Mission & Key Responsibilities** * Source potential candidates for roles across EMEA using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other relevant channels.* Review applications and identify candidates who match role requirements.* Write and send engaging, personalised messages to prospective candidates.* Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.* Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess suitability against agreed criteria.* Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers via our applicant tracking system (Workday)* Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and role requirements.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.* Stay informed about relevant talent markets, sourcing trends, and competitor activity across EMEA. **About You** * Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, resourcing, or a related people-focused role.* Ideally, around one year of experience working with a recruitment agency, although candidates with transferable experience will also be considered.* Excellent written and spoken English.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Confident engaging with candidates through email and LinkedIn.* Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.* Curious and motivated to learn about different roles, markets, and areas of the business.* Comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues across different countries and cultures.* Good attention to detail and a professional approach to handling confidential information. **Desirable Skills and Experience** * Fluency in an additional European language.* Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries or markets.* Previous experience within the advertising, media, creative, communications, or marketing industries.* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools.* Experience working with agency, creative, media, or digital talent. #LI-AC1**Type de contrat :**CDI
