Boston Consulting Group in Lisbon seeks a Talent Partner to drive the people agenda for the assigned Business Unit within the GBF People Team. You will guide talent development, promotions, and performance reviews, and work closely with the HRBP to ensure high-quality, fair talent decisions.

You will elevate talent conversations, synthesize data and insights, and align Talent Insights with compensation and learning initiatives to support global standards and local context.

• Proven experience advising leaders on career development and performance.
• Strong analytical mindset using data to inform decisions.
• Skilled in leading talent discussions and coaching leaders.
• Ability to drive talent initiatives and develop clear materials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the talent agenda for your function within GBF People Team.
• Advise on talent development, promotions and reviews.
• Partner with the HRBP to enable fair, forward-looking talent decisions.
• Coordinate with HR, Compensation, Learning, and Talent Acquisition.
