Boston Consulting Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead and develop a team of Administrative and Executive Assistants supporting senior leaders across Europe. You will coach, manage performance, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will shape onboarding, recruit talent, monitor quality metrics, and partner with regional leadership to drive consistency and impact. Strong EQ, change-management experience, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Strong EQ and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Change management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Administrative and Executive Assistants supporting senior leaders across Europe.
• Drive service excellence, performance culture and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Define hiring plans, onboarding, and talent development.
• Monitor service quality metrics and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with regional and global ES leadership on initiatives.
• Act as the face of the administrative team to regional/global leadership.
