Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Global Procurement Sourcing Manager in Lisbon. This role involves managing sourcing strategies, leading crucial supplier negotiations, and ensuring effective supplier relationship management. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a similar field, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

You will work collaboratively with category leadership and procurement teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, ensuring the optimal delivery of goods and services to drive value for BCG.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in developing and executing category strategies.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Owning and executing sourcing strategies across assigned categories.
• Leading sourcing initiatives including RFx design and supplier evaluation.
• Building and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
