Job summary

Forvia Faurecia is seeking a Talent Acquisition VIE to support the Iberia & France region, based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. You will manage sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment to build a strong talent pipeline across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in business with a specialization in HR.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in a matrix and international environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, headhunting).
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process with a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Establish sourcing and assessment methods; deliver hires cost-effectively.

We are looking for an Talent Acquisition VIE who will provide support to the Iberia & France Region, and who will be based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

• Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, Agencies, Headhunting, research mapping and employee referrals
• Managing the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring manager and candidate experience, and a great quality of hire by assessing candidate’s profile and potential
• Establishing sourcing and assessment method, delivering hires in the most cost-effective way
• Growing and maintaining meaningful and effective relationships with hiring managers, HR, colleagues, and agencies
• Deploy “attracting talent” training in his/her scope
• Using competitive intelligence and market insights to proactively identify new recruiting sources
• Support talent acquisition projects (employer branding, organization, …)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Master's Degree in business with a specialization in HR
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with specific experience in Talent Acquisition, acquired either in recruitment agency or in industry.
• Former experience in a matrix and international environment would be a plus.

Your skills:

• Drive and high energy level.
• High level of proficiency with HR Information systems as well as MS office.
• Communication skills through the ability to use Digital tools and network
• Customer focused and results oriented
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English

Salary Range: EUR 2 677,43 €
