A Forvia Faurecia, líder em tecnologia automóvel, procura um Talent Acquisition VIE para apoiar a região Ibéria e França, baseado em Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. O/a candidato(a) ideal terá mestrado em RH e pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em recrutamento, preferencialmente em ambiente internacional.

O papel envolve liderar processos de recrutamento, apoiar HR e gestão de contratação, e integrar-se numa equipa internacional com oportunidades de desenvolvimento.

Qualifications

• Mestrado em gestão de negócios com especialização em RH.
• Experiência mínima de 2 anos em Talent Acquisition, em agência de recrutamento ou indústria.
• Experiência prévia em ambiente matricial e internacional é uma mais-valia.

Responsabilités

• Procurar e triagem de candidatos através de múltiplos canais (sites de emprego, LinkedIn, agências, headhunting, pesquisa de mapeamento e referências internas).
• Gerir o processo de recrutamento end-to-end, assegurando uma experiência positiva para gestores e candidatos e alta qualidade de contratação.
• Estabelecer métodos de sourcing e avaliação, entregando contratações de forma custo-efetiva.
• Desenvolver e manter relações com gestores de recrutamento, RH, colegas e agências.
• Desenhar formação de atração de talento no âmbito do seu responsável.
• Utilizar inteligência de mercado para identificar novas fontes de recrutamento.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Your position and environment? We are looking for an Talent Acquisition VIE who will provide support to the Iberia & France Region, and who will be based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal

The Main Missions Of The Role Are: FORVIA comprises the complementary technology and industrial strengths of Faurecia and HELLA. FORVIA aims to be a change maker committed to foreseeing and making the mobility transformation happen. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The role of France Talent Acquisition Specialist is to lead managers and professionals recruiting processes in his/her area by supporting HR and hiring managers in plants, R&D centers & GBS. He/she is in charge of deploying the Group Recruitment Strategy and associated policies, processes and tools within the country, from sourcing to on-boarding. Country TA is a real business partner and is also responsible for creating a local network to enhance internal mobility.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, Agencies, Headhunting, research mapping and employee referrals
• Managing the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring manager and candidate experience, and a great quality of hire by assessing candidate's profile and potential
• Establishing sourcing and assessment method, delivering hires in the most cost-effective way
• Growing and maintaining meaningful and effective relationships with hiring managers, HR, colleagues, and agencies
• Deploy "attracting talent" training in his/her scope
• Using competitive intelligence and market insights to proactively identify new recruiting sources
• Support talent acquisition projects (employer branding, organization, ...)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be: Master's Degree in business with a specialization in HR. Minimum 2 years of experience, with specific experience in Talent Acquisition, acquired either in recruitment agency or in industry. Former experience in a matrix and international environment would be a plus.

Your skills :

• High level of proficiency with HR Information systems as well as MS office.
• Communication skills through the ability to use Digital tools and network
• Customer focused and results oriented
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
