Faurecia Bragança, Portugal, is seeking a Production, Control & Logistics Improvement Coordinator for the VIE program. Based in Bragança, you will support the Europe Division in Faurecia Clean Mobility and drive supply chain improvement initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in supply chain or engineering, English fluency, and 2–3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in automotive or capital equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy BG/Group supply chain basics across the region.
• Drive improvement initiatives to meet inventory flex targets.
• Implement standard processes: KPI setting, tools, trainings, PDCA follow-up.
• Prepare and lead workshops in plants/regions focusing on cost optimization.
• Analyze PCL KPI performance on RBU perimeter.
• Rollout supply chain standards per FES & PCL requirements.

What will be your main missions?

We are looking for anProduction, Control & Logistics Improvement Coordinator VIEwho will provide support to theEurope Divison in Faurecia Clean Mobiliy, and who will be based in Bragança, Portugal.

Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

• Be accountable for the deployment of the BG/Group supply chain basics.
• Drive improvement initiatives to achieve inventory flex targets Implement standard processes (including KPI’s setting, tools development, trainings, and adherence to standards PDCA follow-up.
• Prepare and lead the workshops in plants, divisions with strong focus on costs optimization.
• Analyze the performance of the PCL KPIs on RBU perimeter.
• Rollout supply chain standards in line with the FES & PCL requirements.
• Organize workshops in the plants or region.
