The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT recruitment, preferably within IT consulting, and a strong network in the Portuguese tech ecosystem. This is a mission-driven role focused on growth and market impact.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of successful IT recruitment experience.
• Previous IT consulting company experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese technology market and ecosystem.

• Identify, attract, and engage IT professionals across multiple technologies and domains.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies through direct approaches and networking.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with client needs and recurring demand.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate presentation.

• Conduct in-depth interviews assessing skills and cultural fit.
• Ensure alignment between candidates and client requirements.
• Present qualified candidates within demanding delivery timelines.
• Support consultant positioning and onboarding activities.
• Contribute to staffing targets, recruitment KPIs, and business growth.
• Monitor salary trends and recruitment dynamics within the Portuguese IT market.

Your Mission :

As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales and Delivery teams to attract the best IT consultants and support our clients' staffing needs.

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies through direct approaches and networking.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with recurring client needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate presentation.
• Evaluate technical competencies, project experience, and consulting capabilities.
• Conduct in-depth interviews assessing both skills and cultural fit.
• Ensure alignment between candidates and client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Sales Managers to understand client needs and priorities.
• Match consultants with the right opportunities.
• Present qualified candidates within demanding delivery timelines.
• Support consultant positioning and onboarding activities.
• Contribute to staffing targets, recruitment KPIs, and overall business growth.
• Monitor salary trends and recruitment dynamics within the Portuguese IT market.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, skills, and market movements.
• Contribute to strengthening Consort's employer brand and visibility within the tech community.

What We're Looking For :

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in IT recruitment.
• Previous experience within an IT consulting company is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese technology market.
