SEARADAR is a fully remote, international yacht charter marketplace seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across yachting, travel, hospitality, and customer service, building a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycles end-to-end.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offers.
• Recruit captains, hostesses, and yacht charter professionals.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, industry communities, job boards, referrals.
• Conduct interviews to assess experience, motivation and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for staffing needs.
• Organize onboarding and training for new hires.
• Track crew availability and readiness for charters.
• Monitor performance and support development.
• Handle people-related matters including conflicts and terminations.

We are a growing, fully remote team working at the intersection of travel, technology, and yachting.

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us attract and hire talented professionals across the yachting, travel, hospitality, and customer service industries.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers.
• Recruit captains, hostesses, and other yacht charter professionals.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, industry communities, professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivation, and suitability for the role.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future staffing needs.

Team Management & People Operations

• Organize onboarding and training to prepare new team members for their assignments.
• Maintain regular communication with crew members, providing ongoing support and addressing questions or concerns.
• Track crew availability, schedules, and readiness for upcoming charters.
• Monitor performance, collect feedback, and support professional development.
• Handle people-related matters, including conflicts, performance issues, and contract terminations.
• Manage offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.

Processes & Collaboration

• Collaborate with operational teams to forecast staffing needs and ensure sufficient crew coverage, especially during peak seasons.
• Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment data, and relevant documentation.
• Track recruitment and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and optimize recruitment, onboarding, and crew management processes.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn and alternative channels.
• Experience recruiting for travel, hospitality, tourism, yachting, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
• Ability to identify and attract candidates for niche positions.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
• Spoken English and Russian languages.
• Experience working with international and remote teams is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous recruitment experience in yacht charter companies, yacht brokerages, or maritime-related businesses.
• Existing professional network within the yachting or travel industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and ATS systems.
