Job summary

Family Office is seeking an in-house Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private UHNWI family office. This fully remote role spans a range of areas, seniorities and markets (EU, LatAm, MENA, South Africa) within a small team.

You will run the full recruitment cycle, source proactively, and manage confidential communications. The role requires 3+ years of experience and fluency in English and Russian, with preference for experience in family offices or luxury services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
• Organised and able to manage several open roles at once.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from intake call to closed offer.
• Source and map candidates proactively, not only inbound applications.
• Manage candidate communications with discretion in a family-office context.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fit.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes.
• Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early.
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates.
• Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date.

• Business/Corporate services (Finance, Legal, Ops, Tax, HR, Personal Assistant..)
• Education (Nanny, Tutor..)
• Household (Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Butler...)
• Luxury assets (Yacht/Private jet/Helicopter crews)
• Hospitality (Villa manager, Director of Guest Experience..)
