CONKORD in Portugal is launching its Talent Acquisition Academy with a structured IEFP professional internship into recruitment. You’ll learn end-to-end TA processes, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding, while gaining exposure to the full recruitment cycle in a global, multi-country team.

• Participate in interviews and develop candidate assessment skills.

• Gain real knowledge of the tech market — roles, skills, and profiles.
