CONKORD, a technology group formed by ReadinessIT, Ritain.io, Red.IT, and Latitudde, is growing its Project Management team in Portugal. We seek a driven professional to deliver medium-to-large IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and uphold strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment across diverse international projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar areas.
• 7+ years of experience managing medium-to-large IT projects.
• Proven ability to control scope, expectations, and project outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client ownership skills.
• Experience improving project performance and profitability.
• Solid risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability for hybrid work in a multicultural environment.

• Monitor progress continuously and mitigate risks before they escalate.
• Anticipate dependencies and operational challenges.
• Ensure full resolution of all project topics — no loose ends.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring profitability through cost control and resource optimization.
• Produce accurate reporting and lead internal and client follow-up meetings.
• Strengthen and own client relationships.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and governance practices.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading medium-to-large IT projects end-to-end, ensuring excellence in delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

• Knowledge of Business Requirements Gathering methodologies and tools.
  
• Experience drafting Functional Specifications.
  
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodologies and automation.
  
• Participation in BPM implementation projects.
  
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity (plus).
