Decskill, an IT consulting company with a strong international presence, is seeking a Tableau Developer to design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports. You will collaborate with data engineers and analysts, work with large datasets, and ensure data accuracy and performance.

The role requires at least 2 years of Tableau experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Python (Pandas). You will operate in an environment that values curiosity, transparency, and long-term career growth

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid data structures and business logic.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with ETL processes and data engineering.
• Professional experience with Python, particularly Pandas.
• Experience optimizing data processes, including efficient queries and memory management.
• Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help users leverage Tableau dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of dashboards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of dashboards, reports, and data sources.
• Keep up to date with Tableau features and best practices.
• Collaborate across data processing activities including Data Feeds industrialization, ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Visualization.
• Contribute to data solutions using Python and SQL, with final products delivered through Tableau, APIs, and chatbots.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present insights to stakeholders.

• Experience with APIs and chatbots.
