Define and lead the global transformation roadmap, aligned with the client’s strategy
Translate business objectives into concrete initiatives, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure consistency and integration across multiple workstreams (technology, operations, people, processes)
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
Manage expectations and ensure clear, continuous communication
Facilitate strategic decision‑making and remove critical roadblocks
Establish governance structures (steering committees, cadences, reporting)
Monitor KPIs, risks, dependencies, and overall program progress
Ensure executive visibility and structured, decision‑oriented reporting
Identify operational, financial, and organizational risks
Define and execute mitigation plans
Ensure active management of interdependencies across initiatives
Ensure program outcomes generate measurable impact (cost, efficiency, growth, experience)
Track business cases and ROI of initiatives
Adjust the plan as needed to maximize value
Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross‑functional teams
Foster accountability, collaboration, and a results‑driven mindset
Develop team capability and maturity throughout the program
10–15+ years of professional experience, including at least:
5–8 years in managing complex, large‑scale transformation programs
Proven experience in:
Multi‑workstream programs (technology, operations, people)
International or multi‑entity environments
Preferred background in strategy consulting or business transformation
Proven track record leading end‑to‑end transformation programs
Ability to:
Define and execute strategic roadmaps
Translate business vision into operational delivery
Experience in contexts such as:
Digital transformation
Cost optimization / efficiency programs
Organizational change
Strong experience engaging with:
C‑level / Board / Executive sponsors
Proven ability to:
Influence strategic decision‑making
Manage complex and misaligned stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to the client
Experience in:
Managing programs with high levels of dependencies and risk
Coordinating multiple teams and vendors
Strong capability in:
Governance setup and steering management
Financial tracking (budget, ROI, business case)
