Loop Future is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a client in the defence sector, focusing on integration rather than low-level hardware design. You will define how equipment, signals, and protocols connect within integrated systems, supporting lifecycle stages from requirements through testing and acceptance.

The role requires a degree in Electronic Engineering, hands-on experience with electronic and communication systems, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or closely related field.
• Experience with integrating electronic, communication or control systems.
• Ability to read and produce HLD/LLD documents.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English; Portuguese valued.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse requirements and translate them into system and network solutions.
• Assess existing infrastructure and design improvements or new architectures.
• Design, implement and support secure communication networks.
• Create high-level and low-level design documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment and related technologies.
• Diagnose complex issues across network, server, and virtualised systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration.
