act digital in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Systems Administrator (Storage) to join a dynamic infrastructure team responsible for managing enterprise storage environments in a hybrid work model (50/50).

You will administer storage platforms (NetApp, Dell Isilon), manage NAS with high availability, configure SMB shares with DFS and AD, and troubleshoot NFS, iSCSI, NVMe, while monitoring performance and capacity.

Formación

• Proven experience in Storage Administration within enterprise environments.
• Experience with enterprise storage platforms and protocols (NFS, SMB, iSCSI, NVMe).
• Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python, Ansible.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise storage platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise storage platforms.
• Manage NAS storage environments and ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure and support SMB Windows shares integrated with DFS and Active Directory.
• Administer and troubleshoot NFS, iSCSI, and NVMe storage protocols.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and system health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and infrastructure issues.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Systems, and Network teams on strategic projects and platform improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Storage Administration within enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following technologies:
• NetApp
• Dell Isilon
• Strong knowledge of:

• DFS (Distributed File System)
• Experience with storage and file-sharing protocols:
• NFS
• iSCSI
• NVMe
• Scripting and automation experience using:
