ITDS in Lisbon is seeking a Senior NAS Storage and Backup Systems Administrator to optimize enterprise storage, ensure high availability, and drive efficiency for enterprise clients.

You will manage NAS, SAN, and backup architectures with NetApp, Dell PowerScale/Isilon, and Hitachi, develop automation with Bash, Python, and Ansible, and collaborate across IT teams to deliver resilient storage solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of enterprise storage administration or SAN management.
• Strong expertise in NetApp, Hitachi, Dell PowerScale/Isilon and SMB storage.
• Hands-on with NAS, NFS, SMB, DFS and Windows Active Directory.
• Advanced knowledge of NFS, iSCSI and NVMe protocols.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python and Ansible.
• Excellent troubleshooting for complex SAN environments and strong English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage NAS and SMB storage systems for uptime and performance.
• Provide expert support for NetApp, Dell PowerScale/Isilon, and Hitachi storage.
• Engage in SAN provisioning, backup strategy and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline storage operations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams including backup, network and security.
• Troubleshoot issues related to NFS, iSCSI, NVMe and SMB/Windows shares.
• Maintain documentation and provide training to team and end-users.
