Syone is looking for a Systems Administrator for one of our best clients:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Level 3 support position for our Windows Infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and evolution of our Windows infrastructure.

Mission:

Windows Infrastructure:

• Provide Level 3 Regional IT infrastructure support

Active Directory:

• Manage Users, Groups and OU’s in AD

Production:

• Handle Level 3 incidents and requests for all European subsidiaries, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Ensure the development and troubleshooting of the tools needed for infrastructure management (PowerShell & Python)

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Scripting skills in PowerShell & Python
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure Architecture (network, DNS, DHCP, security, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Architecture (OS & WSUS)
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible (non-mandatory but preferable)

Project Management:

• Familiarity with project methodology (planning, deliverables, risk, reporting)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise language
• Dynamic and resilient, with a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Synthetic mind, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
