act digital is looking for an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer for Windows Infrastructure in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide support for critical infrastructure, maintain enterprise technologies, and ensure seamless operation across multiple European entities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows server, Ansible, and scripting skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team on infrastructure projects.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Windows Infrastructure administration and support.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture, including networking, DNS, DHCP, and security.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Ansible, or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows infrastructure across multiple European locations.
• Support and maintain Ansible Tower, Centrify, and Trellix solutions.
• Monitor and support Active Directory integration with Linux environments.
