Job summary

INOVELEC, Lusoservica site in Santa Eulália, Portugal, is seeking a Supply Planner to support its continued growth. You will ensure the availability of materials at the required cost, lead time and quality.

Your responsibilities include placing orders, following up with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, handling non-conformities with SQA, resolving shortages, and collaborating with Category Buyers to maintain strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supply Planner role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics.
• Working knowledge of technical English.
• Strong collaboration across departments to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and follow up on a product family.
• Chase suppliers and manage order acknowledgements.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Handle delivery or specification non-conformities with SQA.
• Resolve production shortages related to product families.
• Work closely with Category Buyers and maintain supplier relationships.
