INOVELEC, Lusoservica site in Santa Eulália, Portugal, is seeking a Supply Planner to support its continued growth. You will ensure the availability of materials at the required cost, lead time and quality.

Your responsibilities include placing orders, following up with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, handling non-conformities with SQA, resolving shortages, and collaborating with Category Buyers to maintain strong supplier relationships.

Formación

• Experience in a similar Supply Planner role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics.
• Working knowledge of technical English.
• Strong collaboration across departments to achieve goals.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Your responsibilities

Our company, Lusoservica, a leading specialist in wire harnesses and electrical wiring solutions, is looking for a Supply Planner to support its continued growth.

As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials at the required cost, lead time and quality.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Place orders and follow up on a product family
• Chase suppliers and manage order acknowledgements
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet required quality standards to support uninterrupted production.
• Handle delivery or specification non-conformities in collaboration with the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Resolve production shortages related to your assigned product families
• Work closely with the Category Buyer for each product family and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Your profile

You have already gained successful experience in a similar position.

You are proficient in standard office software and comfortable working with ERP systems.

You have a working knowledge of technical English.

You are naturally curious and determined, enabling you to carry out your responsibilities effectively.

Your adaptability and flexibility are valuable assets, allowing you to maintain perspective and respond effectively to challenging situations.

Your interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain trustful relationships with trust suppliers.
