Zumub is seeking a full-time Inventory Controller in the Lisbon area to manage inbound/outbound goods, optimize stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory records. The role involves admin tasks, supplier negotiations, and monitoring service levels, with an on-site base in Cacém–Sintra and one remote day per week.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Management/Engineering, 1–3 years of related experience, excels in Excel, and is fluent in English.

ROLE

Manage the flow of inbound and outbound goods while ensuring accurate inventory records.Create and implement initiatives aimed at optimizing stock management.Handle administrative activities associated with the role, including product setup, purchase orders, and invoice verification.Monitor the order process from creation through to warehouse reception.Maintain and oversee inventory control systems.Track service levels and inventory turnover metrics.Support purchasing optimization efforts, minimizing stockouts and improving stock rotation.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a similar area.
• Previous professional experience of 1 to 3 years in comparable roles (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience monitoring and controlling service levels.
• Experience in supplier negotiations.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
