Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to shape performance and reliability at our Seixezelo (Porto) operations. Reporting to the Plant General Manager, you will lead a team of 34 people (5 direct reports) and collaborate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Group Supply Chain teams to meet customer commitments.

This high-visibility role offers influence on plant and group-level processes, strategic planning, and continuous improvement in end-to-end supply chain

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain roles.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven people-management experience with coaching leadership.
• Fluency in Portuguese and professional English.
• Data-analysis skills using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 34-person team (5 direct reports) with a coaching culture.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain, ensuring OTIF and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service to meet plans.
• Drive procurement, supplier performance, and material availability.
• Implement continuous improvement in warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
