Dailyandco is seeking a logistics internship in Lisbon to support the sales and supply chain teams. You will link partners with our e-commerce platform and collaborate with support, product development, and sales.

You will coordinate transport daily, escalate unresolved issues, and interact with billing validation to ensure accurate warehousing and transport charges.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English.
• Analytically minded with business acumen.
• Autonomy, rigorous, proactive and well organized.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn and act on feedback.

Our supply chain department optimizes the products’ flow from the warehouse to the final costumer. It plans and executes the processes required to manage the movement of materials, as well as demand planning - inventory management, storage and the returning of defective products.

The opportunity

We are looking for a new intern to join our Sales Team. This person will be a link between every potential partner and the most modern e-commerce platform. Working closely with our support, product development, and sales teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating the transport company in daily business
• Escalation issues which have not been solved by 1st level operation support
• Interacting with billing validation (warehousing and transport billing)

Going the extra mile

• Identify opportunities for improving supply performance, customer satisfaction and product profitability
• Work on strategic initiatives to reduce delivery expense
• Work with Project Managers on projects that further leverage our omni-channel organization

What we expect from you

• Fluency in English
• To be analytically minded, business acumen, autonomy, rigorous, proactive and well organized.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with regards to the use of Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Willing to learn and act based on the feedback
