IQVIA seeks a DCT Design & Implementation Lead responsible for end-to-end Study Hub technical design, configuration, and integration readiness for decentralized and hybrid clinical trials. You will partner with the DCTL, sponsors, and third-party partners to translate protocol requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable solutions, ensuring deployment readiness for First Site Activation.

You will own technical strategy and architecture, drive UAT planning and execution, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Technology, or a related field.
Relevant experience in clinical systems implementation or digital trial platforms.
Demonstrated experience leading system configuration, UAT, and go-live activities.
Experience gathering business requirements and documenting integration specifications.
Strong understanding of clinical trial delivery and decentralized trial models.

Responsabilités

Lead the end-to-end Study Hub design and integration readiness.
Own design strategy and architecture for each Study Hub instance.
Translate protocol requirements into technical design and integration specifications.
Own UAT planning and execution, including scripts and testing coordination.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for multi-system configuration and testing.
Oversee Go-Live readiness and First Site Activation.
