Qualificações

• 3+ years in technical recruitment or talent acquisition focusing on senior technical roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for complex technical positions in software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures, development frameworks, and hosting technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for senior technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps).
• Collaborate with CTO and engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and role scope.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates with strong experience in software, DevOps, and hosting tech.
• Lead structured technical interviews and guide managers on assessments.
• Maintain a high-quality senior talent pipeline via LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and referrals.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to improve efficiency and quality.
