Siemens Energy in Lisbon seeks a senior procurement professional to own end-to-end strategic sourcing for assigned categories and projects. You will lead complex negotiations, shape contracting frameworks, and drive supplier performance and risk management.

Qualificações

• Extensive strategic sourcing experience in regulated or industrial environments.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost savings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for categories and projects, delivering cost savings, cost avoidance, and improved total cost of ownership.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, including RFx processes, framework agreements, commercial terms, change control, KPIs, and award recommendations.
• Drive supplier performance and relationships, including strategic supplier development, scorecards, QBRs, escalations, claims, and performance improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional senior stakeholders across Engineering, Project Management, Legal, Operations, and Order Management to align sourcing strategies, requirements, and award decisions.
• Champion digitalization and continuous improvement, leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing speed, transparency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage procurement risk, compliance, and governance, ensuring adherence to procurement policies, export controls/sanctions, due diligence, sustainability requirements, audit trails, and contractual entitlements.
