JoVE is seeking a Senior Talent & Organization Development Specialist to build and execute programs that strengthen employee development, career growth, and succession planning across the organization. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design and delivery of development initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end programs, partner with leadership, and use data to demonstrate impact while promoting JoVE's values and Leadership Principles in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years in HR, OD or related field.
• Proven track record designing talent or organization development initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with career architecture, talent reviews, succession planning, HiPo development, leadership or manager development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain career architecture frameworks across functions and roles.
• Design and deliver live virtual and in-person workshops for talent and skill development.
• Support rollout of JoVE's core values and Leadership Principles.
• Define job levels, skills, competencies, and progression expectations.
• Collaborate with leaders to align development programs with career paths.
• Create manager training resources on performance, coaching, 1:1s, goals and KPI management.
• Initiate programs like targeted training, stretch assignments, mentoring, and structured development plans.
• Support talent reviews, HiPo identification, and succession planning.
• Partner with HR and leadership to fill talent gaps with development initiatives.
• Design and implement employee recognition programs aligned with values.
• Define success measures and use data to improve programs and demonstrate impact.
