Job summary

Amadeus, Abóboda Factory is seeking a Buyer to manage purchasing and sourcing activities, ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services at the best value in line with company policies.

You will analyze requests, lead supplier selections and price negotiations, oversee end-to-end procurement cycles with stakeholders, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or sourcing.
• Ability to analyze requirements and select suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach to improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse internal purchasing requests and identify suitable suppliers and sourcing approaches.
• Manage end-to-end RFP processes with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee projects with subcontractors across the full purchasing cycle.
• Select suppliers and lead negotiations on pricing and terms.
• Ensure purchasing decisions meet business needs and policies.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and address needs.
• Track and report purchasing activities and performance.
• Define and implement purchasing action plans and assess effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and ways of working.
