Qualifications

• 5+ years in indirect procurement, preferably in services
• Experience with HR-related services such as recruitment, payroll, relocation or employee benefits is a plus
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, contracting models, and contract lifecycle management
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic options
• Experience with procurement tools and virtual collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for HR and indirect services from identification to contract and savings reporting
• Conduct RFx activities, supplier evaluations and negotiations
• Implement contracts with regional and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with Legal and data privacy during contracting
• Ensure contract compliance and continuous improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Regional Buyers on cross-category sourcing
