Job summary

Luza Tecnologia is seeking a Salesforce Architect to define and govern the architectural vision for customer service and CRM solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will establish scalable designs, data models, integration patterns, and governance standards that enable business capabilities to be delivered consistently and efficiently. The Salesforce Architect will work closely with stakeholders to maximize platform value, maintainability, security, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience as Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions.
• Design scalable application, data, and integration architectures.
• Enforce Salesforce architecture standards, governance, and design principles.
• Lead design of complex CRM and customer service capabilities across domains.
• Define data and security models and information architecture.
• Create integration strategies connecting Salesforce with enterprise apps.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability and operations.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements.
