Unipartner is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to lead teams and oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, supporting design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions for our clients.

You will act as a technical reference, guiding consultants on best practices, architecture decisions, and delivering high quality business value across engagements, with opportunities to manage teams, coordinate demanding projects, and grow Unipartner's Salesforce offerings.

Qualificações

• 5+ years Salesforce experience required.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring others.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and CRM 360.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in Visualforce and Apex.
• Strong SQL/SOQL skills.
• Experience with development tools such as VS Code, Git and ForceCode.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Salesforce development teams across multiple projects.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions based on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and define the most appropriate solution approach.
• Support architecture decisions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor development activities and project deliverables.
• Mentor team members and promote their technical and professional growth.
• Ensure code quality, system performance, and solution scalability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to the evolution of Salesforce-related offerings.
