Job summary

Richemont is expanding its Lisbon Technology Competence Center and seeking a Salesforce Solution & Integration Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for Client360. You will own design, integration across Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, and collaboration with global teams including ERP systems and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in technology delivery, including Salesforce-focused architecture roles.
• Proven delivery with Salesforce Service Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns and security.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Client360 initiatives from discovery through design and delivery.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure blueprints aligned with guardrails.
• Design scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions: data model, security, automation, performance.
• Lead integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, GCP).
• Define API-led, event-driven integration patterns with security, observability and resilience.
• Collaborate with MuleSoft, Solace, Kong and integration teams to standardize APIs and data models.
• Define integration contracts and non-functional requirements for throughput, latency and availability.
• Establish end-to-end operability with monitoring, alerting and recovery procedures.
