Delnext is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to report to the CEO and drive key initiatives across functions. You will plan, execute, and complete strategic projects, partnering with executives and department heads to align work with company goals.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to executive decision-making and a contribution to long-term vision.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Engineering or similar field; MBA is highly desirable (optional)
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, consultancy, project management or business strategy
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically while solving complex issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage several projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work across functions and independently

"The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving, planning, executing, and completing strategic projects that are crucial to the organization. This role will involve working closely with different departments within the organization, as well as potentially partnering with external consultants and stakeholders."

ROLE:
