You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, optimize total cost of ownership, review contracts, and provide data-driven support to leadership. The role blends negotiation, analytics and risk mitigation in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement processes and RFx management.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence terms.
• Expertise in contract management and sourcing.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP tools.
• Technically savvy with a technology-driven approach.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Identify and challenge internal needs with stakeholders.
• Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms (price, SLAs, deadlines, penalties).
• Ensure contractual risk mitigation and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Prepare and review supplier contracts and manage strategic relationships.
• Analyze spend to identify savings opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with business units and leadership as a strategic partner.
