Job summary

Farfetch is seeking a Business Operations Principal in Porto to drive strategic initiatives and elevate operational performance across Catalogue and Selection. You will work with senior leadership to tackle complex challenges, delivering high-impact projects and embedding operational excellence into workflows.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply data-driven analysis, and develop scalable processes to support rapid growth while maintaining agility.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Proficient in BI tools, SQL, and data-driven storytelling.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact, cross-functional projects from discovery through execution, with measurable outcomes.
• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and data-driven analysis to break down complex issues.
• Develop clear project roadmaps, milestones, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and better decision-making.
• Translate insights into compelling recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that enable speed and clarity.
• Lead operating teams as processes scale from pilot to full rollout.
