Job summary

Farfetch is seeking a Business Operations Principal in Portugal to drive strategic initiatives across Catalogue Operations. You will tackle complex challenges, deliver high-impact projects, and embed operational excellence in workflows, reporting to the Senior Director of Catalogue Operations.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders, using structured problem-solving and data-driven analysis to design scalable solutions that enable the business to scale while maintaining agility.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Proven ability to scope, structure, and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong BI and data storytelling skills with dashboard experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, and drive accountability across teams.
• Partner with leadership to identify operational efficiency opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead operating teams as processes scale.
