Fyld is a Portuguese consulting company focused on people, technology and growth. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery across complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful outcomes.

You'll bridge business and technical teams, manage planning, scope, timelines and budgets, and report to stakeholders with clarity. Fluency in English and a track record in Agile environments are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven delivery management experience leading IT projects.
• Experience delivering IT projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across projects.
• Ability to manage planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Experience communicating status to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience in consulting environments and multi-client projects is valued.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams to remove obstacles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus.
• Fluency in English

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple projects
• Ability to manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets
• Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating project status to stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in consulting environments and managing multi-client projects is highly valued
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitating decision-making and removing delivery obstacles
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus
• Fluency in English
