Fyld seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery across multiple projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure on-time, on-budget execution in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

You will bridge business and technical teams, report to stakeholders, and foster collaboration, growth, and delivery excellence within a consulting-oriented culture. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven Delivery Manager / IT Delivery Manager experience.
• Experience delivering IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across projects.
• Ability to manage planning, scope, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Experience preparing executive status reports for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting and multi-client projects.
• Bridge business and technical teams to enable decisions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master/SAFe) a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple projects
• Ability to manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets
• Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating project status to stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in consulting environments and managing multi-client projects is highly valued
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitating decision-making and removing delivery obstacles
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus
• Fluency in English
