Johnson Controls seeks a Sales Executive – HVAC to promote and sell Johnson Controls products and services to end customers and service providers in Portugal, building long-term relationships.

You will develop sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, qualify and close high-value deals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and competitive positioning. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar sales role within the industrial maintenance, building services, or HVAC sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office; good command of English.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and strengthen Johnson Controls’ value proposition in the market.
• Identify growth opportunities and increase market share.
• Prospect, qualify, and close complex, high-value sales opportunities aimed at driving business growth.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
• Stay up to date with industry and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Understand, apply, and leverage competitive strategies, products, and services to differentiate Johnson Controls technologies.
• Manage and develop the assigned business area while providing regional market leadership.
