Johnson Controls in Portugal is seeking a Sales Executive – HVAC to promote and sell Johnson Controls products and services to end customers and service providers, while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships in line with corporate processes.

You will develop sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and close high-value sales opportunities, leveraging CRM tools and a strong knowledge of HVAC solutions. Travel is required, and English proficiency is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within industrial maintenance, building services, or HVAC sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
• Stay up to date with industry and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Understand, apply, and leverage competitive strategies, products, and services to effectively differentiate Johnson Controls technologies.
• Manage and develop the assigned business area while providing regional market leadership.
